Cancellation Policy

All sessions at The Nervana must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details, location, and what to bring. If you need support before your session or wish to discuss anything privately, you’re welcome to contact us. Payments Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. You will be emailed with the payment information after your booking is made and confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens, and you may need to change your booking. Private Sessions 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee or result in the session being forfeited. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Group Classes Group sessions can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the class. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, as your spot cannot be filled at short notice. Private Group / Corporate Bookings A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Changes within 72 hours may incur a fee, depending on the event size and preparation. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Breathwork sessions cannot be safely rushed or shortened. If you arrive late, the session may still finish at the scheduled time, or you may be unable to join — this will be treated as a late cancellation. Health & Safety Your wellbeing is our priority. You agree to: disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions participate at your own pace stop or pause if you feel uncomfortable communicate any concerns before or during the session If Pearl feels that a session may not be safe for you, she may recommend postponing or adjusting the session. Refunds Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the policies above. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions or emotional outcomes. Studio Conduct The Nervana is a safe, respectful space. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone behaving in a way that compromises safety or wellbeing.
