This is a 77min grief and loss journey designed in a deep powerful way where you feel seen and understood without the pressure or need to speak about the grief you have lived with or are living with.
Grief often isolates a person into feeling alone and misunderstood. The numbness that feels like life has stopped and the world is rushing by without you. Many people feel grief in the chest, the throat, and in tiredness ofthe legs and the whole body in its peaks.

This journey has been specially designed to process sorrow, release emotional pain, and move forward with love and acceptance.
Using a powerful blend of breathwork, hypnotic affirmations, guided coaching, and immersive soundscapes, this session supports you through the cycle of grieving, allowing you to fully feel, express, and transform your pain into energy that heals you.
This journey closes with a soothing integration phase, anchoring peace, acceptance, and self-compassion deep into your heart.
